SO proud of myself

I found Jillian's 30 day shred about two years ago and I've tried to do it so many times, most of the times I couldn't even stick with the entire video. You may think I'm silly but I'm totally out of shape and this shit is hard! 
Today I decided to give it another try, I was kinda expecting it to go like most of the other times but oh my.. I lasted throughout the WHOLE video! Every workout and everything! I am SO PROUD of myself for that! 

One thing that I really like about her video is that you get different difficulty levels to work with. One easier, one normal and one harder. That way this workout can work for anyone in any shape!
I myself went for the easier type of exercises (not all exercises are made easier) but I'm still proud. One day I'll make it through the whole video on the hardest level!   

I thought I would share this video with you guys (there are also a part 2 and 3)
For those of you who want to try this, don't go in too hard, give it all that you have and be proud of what you accomplish. I believe in every single one of you and if I can do it then so can you!
